It was only this past week I was talking to my friend in Australia about cream. She said they have many varieties over there but in New Zealand, we only have a few. Yes, it can be very confusing as to which one to use with online recipes from all around the world using different creams! The one’s you use for whipping are called; Pure cream, Pouring cream or Whipping cream and have a fat content of 35%. I’m not sure where you live but I hope this helps 🙂
