Believe it or not I am in my 50s and never whipped cream, I hate fresh cream and not a fan of the canned stuff either!! However I’m making a pavlova (usually I scrape the cream off and give to someone else lol)… Anyway.. so I’ve never had to whip cream in my life.. until tomorrow!!! Hello Srilatha 🙂
It was only this past week I was talking to my friend in Australia about cream. She said they have many varieties over there but in New Zealand, we only have a few. Yes, it can be very confusing as to which one to use with online recipes from all around the world using different creams! The one’s you use for whipping are called; Pure cream, Pouring cream or Whipping cream and have a fat content of 35%. I’m not sure where you live but I hope this helps 🙂
