Hi Ruby! The dish I used is 28cm long, 22cm wide, 7cm deep and holds 12 cups. Of course yours can be a little smaller or larger but not too much. I hope you like it!

Yes, but I’m not sure how long. However, I’d say if you made them first, by the time dinner is cooked and eaten, they should be fine, especially if they are in individual dishes rather than having to be set enough to be able to be cut into squares 🙂
