Hi there Lisa. Yes they can be frozen but I would warm them before eaten, to ‘freshen’ them up a bit!
]]>Hi there 🌻
They are best on the day but slightly warming them the next day freshens them up…in the microwave for around 50 seconds, large or 30 seconds, small and then with butter but if that’s not possible, room temperature will be fine 😀
Thanks for visiting!
]]>Excellent! This is my standard savoury muffin recipe and I learnt how to easily change it in this way; If I replace an ingredient with something wetter/moister, I omit a few tablespoons of milk and if I replace any of the ingredients with something drier, I add a few tablespoons of milk. I also do the same with the yoghurt in the sweet ones. 🙂
Thank you for trying out my recipe!! 🙂
]]>Hi Vanessa. Yes, you can make the switch. 1 Cup of SR flour is equal to 1 Cup of standard flour + 1 teaspoon of baking powder. With this recipe, there are 2 Cups of flour + 3 teaspoons baking powder so after the switch, you will still be 1 tsp baking powder shy (so they won’t rise as much).
Happy baking, I hope they turn out great! Tania 🙂
Hi Raewyn 🙂 I was a bit dubious when I started to read your message…bahaha…then I realised you liked the recipe and it made my day, glad they worked out well for you and I hope you had a winning day at golf! x
]]>Hi Tania
