Hi Liz. I think they are the same. If you get four jars out of it, it may have a fair amount of sugar? So maybe it’s sweeter and curd using one or more yolks is thicker and more tart. I’m guessing so I’ll have a look at the Edmonds….I’m dying to make a passion-fruit curd. Have you made it? Oh and making it over a ‘bain marie’ helps it not to stick to the bottom of the saucepan and saves you stirring it constantly, but I like a challenge.
