]]> By: Ladyjorns https://www.taniaskitchen.co.nz/grapefruit-curd/#comment-7318 Wed, 13 May 2020 06:20:11 +0000 https://www.taniaskitchen.co.nz/?p=1904#comment-7318 Over the years I ve made many many batches of delicious lemon curd for tarts, shortbread squares or just to drizzle on scones or even ice cream.  It s really so good.  And I ve always wondered, if I love lemon curd so much, what would a grapefruit or even orange curd taste like?  I had to try, and am I ever glad I did.  Grapefruit curd is delicious.  It s tangy yet sweet, and the flavour is as bright and fresh as the curd itself.  So so good.
