Hi Dot. You don’t have too, but I do tend to leave it in the saucepan for 15b minute, stirring it here and there, but if it has thickened properly it shouldn’t be an issue 😀
]]>Hi Gia, thank you so much for your lovely comment, it’s very kind of you 😘
]]>Stephen, thanks so much for the correction! And yes, the water gives them a little bit of crispiness doesn’t it 🙂
]]>Hello Albert. I’m so happy you used coconut cream and made this recipe your own! I love how chowder is fab for a cosy family dinner yet also can be served at a high-end dinner party, ‘little black dress’ is definitely apt! 🐟
]]>Sorry Lorna, I don’t think it’s replacable, well not for this recipe anyway 🙂
]]>Thank you for leaving me a comment 👍 I’m a huge curd fan, I want to put it in, or on everything, I especially love lime curd! I do wish the grapefruit curd was more of a pinkish/mandarin colour, maybe I will try some pink grapefruits if I can find some 😊
]]>Che, you are a person after my own heart! I much prefer ‘Creme Patissiere’ too! ❤
]]>That’s great Payten, Glad you liked them and good on you for baking with your little bro! 💕
]]>Nothing worse than losing one of your favourite recipes! I hope you tried this one and it turned out good 👍
