Wonderful recipe that I used Teff flour in and it took 55 minutes. So gluten free.
I also used a chilli chocolate which added a nice warmth. Thankyou

That’s awesome Carla! I know plenty of people who are gluten free but often recipes won’t accept a straight swap from standard flour to gluten free flour, so it’s good to know, I will try it out 🙂

Hi Tania, I exchanged the plain flour for black bean flour which you can buy at Chantals in Napier, it makes the brownie gluten free and also gives it a really chewy texture. The raw mixture tastes a bit weird but the end result was excellent.
